Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Return & Exchange Window: Items are eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns or exchanges sales, clearance, or custom-made items.

Refund Process

  • Request Submission: To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at (Contact Us) with your order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange.
  • Inspection & Approval: Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it. If it meets the criteria, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable on any return or exchange.
  • Partial Refunds: Items returned outside policy or not in original condition may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

  • Product Availability: If you’d like a different size or product, we’ll happily exchange it, subject to stock availability.
  • Shipping for Exchanges: If you want to exchange something, you have to pay for shipping it back to us. We’ll pay to send you the new item.
  • One-Time Exchange Only: Exchanges are limited to one per order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Reporting: If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please inform us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue.
  • Resolution: If you get a defective or wrong item, we’ll send you a new one (subject to stock availability) or give you your money back after verification. But we can’t refund your delivery charges.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Return Shipping: For standard returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Responsibility: We suggest using a shipping service that lets you track your package because we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.
  • Lost or Damaged Returns: Brands Haus is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
